Rates
Realizing that each client has a unique set of needs and budget constraints, Atlanta Realty Connection strives to accomodate these differences by offering several different pricing options for services which are very competitive among the Virtual Assistant Industry.
Clients who only need a few hours of administrative services each month may choose so at a very reasonable hourly rate. We also offer the popular Comprehensive New Listing Package which combines many of our Listing Services into one great package. We utilize the on-line time management site myhours.com to track time worked. The hourly rate does not include expenses incurred during the course of the project. Expenses may include, but are not limited to, long distance telephone charges, shipping costs, postage and printing fees as well as set-up costs.
Billing Policy:
- All services require a signed contract outlining details of work to be performed. The contract outlines all details so that there is no confusion of what is expected by both parties
- Hourly rates are billed in quarter hour increments with a one hour minimum. The client will receive an itemized invoice via e-mail/fax upon completion of the project. The final balance is due no later than 10 days following receipt of invoice. Payment by PayPal.com will allow client to pay by debit . Clients will be charged for incidental costs such as stationary, postcards, postage, outside printing services, shipping or mailing/delivery charges. An itemized invoice will be provided. Package Rates require a 50% deposit before work is to begin. This also holds true for some of our more detailed and comprehensive work.
- All payments may be made through pay-pal or personal check.
